Dance Connection is centrally located in Vasastan, Sveavägen 128.
Our facility is cosy and holds high standard. The dance studio has a very high ceiling and mirrors along one of the sides. We have two newly renovated changing rooms with showers. We also have a small room next to the reception where you can sit and relax before class.
The studio is easy to reach! Closest Metro station is Odenplan and you can also reach us by commuter train.
Rent the studio:
You can rent the studio by the hour or for a longer period of time. We charge around 600 SEK/ hour. We also have good wifi and a webcam if you are thinking to livestream your classes.

Behind the Scenes
Behind Stockholm Danceconnection stands mother-daugher duo Lena Helt & Amina El Mallah.
Lena Helt
Lena has danced all her life. She is a well-renowned teacher of Egyptian and Oriental Dance and has taught both in Sweden and internationally for over 20 years. Lena also teaches Jallabina - a class which she created with her daugther Amina back in 2016. She also teaches Golden Ladies each Tuesday.
Amina El Mallah
Amina grew up with dance and music all around her. In 2011 she became a Zumba instructor and has since been teaching both other instructors and participants around the world. In 2016 she created Jallabina with Lena, a Middle Eastern inspired workout that is now taught by instructors both in Sweden and internationally.
